You can hang the leaves to dry and use either in potpourri or dried floral arrangements or turn the fresh leaves into a tincture or oil. Known for its light, herbal scent, eucalyptus makes an attractive addition to wedding bouquets and centerpieces. As a bonus, eucalyptus' beautiful symbolism of protection and abundance also makes it a meaningful touch. ... This is a particularly effective technique with bridesmaid bouquets. Cut Flowers Pick your own fruit season may be over but why not pick your own flowers? Plenty of sunflowers, dahlias, hypericum and snowberry to cut. Available from mid-July to first frosts.
